Our service offer is based on the four modules below:

1. Strategy

Based on our experience with startups, we conduct collective intelligence workshops to help companies define and implement a relevant strategy. We mainly use Wardley Mapping and Platform Opportunity Exploration methods.

2. Design

When a platform opportunity is identified, we help companies design their product. We start by conducting a Platform Design Toolkit workshop to analyse their ecosystem, identify its players, their interactions and describe the user experience in detail. This solid base allows us to help them in the writing of their specifications, their architecture choices as well as the UX/UI design reflections.

3. Development

We develop all our products using Agile methodology, which allows the client to be the central actor in the definition of his project and its implementation. Together we set short-term objectives and build their platform in successive iterations. This flexible approach allows us to take into account unforeseen events and improvements requested during the project. Our goal is to offer them a high value-added solution that meets their expectations, while controlling costs and deadlines.

4. Accompaniment

Once the product has been developed, we accompany the companies in order to train them on this new tool. In the same logic, we can help them in the recruitment process of technical profiles. Finally, if the companies wish it, we can ensure the maintenance and support of their platform.
