YUNO is a no-code software, an innovative and intelligent real-time risk, outage and incident management tool designed to optimise organisations' protection against critical events and avoid business interruptions. Its mission is to break down communication silos and automatically orchestrate the response of teams in the field in real time through 3 simple actions:
- Detection:
Continuous monitoring of all digital data available within organisations (supervision of BMS, production, maintenance, IT systems, IoT...). Detection of failures, threats that could impact performance or business continuity.
- Action:
Automatic triggering of an intervention plan (workflow) in order to resolve incidents as quickly as possible and in a collaborative manner: all actors involved are kept informed in real time and automatically of the evolution of the situation.
- Resolution:
Coordinates the sending of notifications, alerts (with acknowledgement request), questions and action requests. Supports field teams until the incident is resolved.
YUNO is installed on-premise or in the client's cloud, all data received and processed by YUNO remains in the client's ecosystem.
